I was an out of towner with a alarming series of issues with my F-250 that the Lake Powell Ford Service Department addressed in a confident and professional manner. I had a quirky schedule that they worked with me around to ensure my vehicle was with them prior to opening. The staff was great at meeting my needs as an out of town traveler, ensured I knew what was going on and what the various outcomes could be. My vehicle was repaired and ready and i was able to pick it up before they closed for the weekend. The pricing was explained well before and after the work. I felt the cost was fair and the work and post work check was well done. These guys are good and customers should have confidence in doing business with them.

This by far was the BEST car buying experience I have had. The communication from my sales representative, Sebastian, was fantastic! I was kept updated, calls were returned when indicated they would be, and he was very helpful in answering all my questions and walking me through the process. Working with Danny in finance was also a great experience! Terms will clearly set out and explained without confusion. great service sameday i called..at same time a storm came thru and flooded the showroom!

While on vacation and pulling a travel trailer, my 2018 F150 diesel developed a turbo-boost problem. I contacted the nearest dealer in Cedar City, UT and they had a waiting time of 3 weeks. I contacted Lake Powel Ford in Page, AZ and was told to bring it in. Even though this is a small dealership with a few repair bays, they got my truck in, diagnosed the problem, gave me a cost estimate and advised me they would have to order parts from the Phoenix warehouse. Parts came in and the repair was completed. Just because the dealership is small doesn't mean they can't make the proper repairs. I'm glad they were there so I didn't have to have my truck and travel trailer tower to Phoenix or Denver.

Austin Smithmays was easy going, knowledgeable, and helpful. Got us into the right car. Dave got us a great loan. I’ll be back!

the workers were super friendly and extremely patient with the whole process, they offered water and made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable with small side conversations and looking at the best option through every possible angle. Very reassuring and made the decision process a lot easier.
