Services on the vehicle was done on time but contacting with someone on phone is impossible.
The mechanic did well, but the service managers JR was rude and not helpful. I have been a Ford customer for over 40 years and I’ve never been treated like this. JR needs a lesson on giving good, cheerful, helpful, pleasant customer service.
sales man said the truck was inspected First problem was the vehicle wasn’t driving straight Second was the truck would not start no matter how many jump start we tried. The problem was that the batteries is 5 YEARS OLD AND DID NOT MATCH 500+$ Tires are worn out and look old it’s also starting to chip. The suspension really need to repair (3,500+$) We had to replace the drag link (200+$) Now we’re having problems with the DEF system AND ENGINE LIGHT ON!!! BASICALLY SOLD US A LEMON TRUCK!!! Paying 2k down payment was not worth it especially financial is horrendous for this lemon truck Smh “inspect” other truck better cause having a truck for less than 3 months and having major problems immediately is crazy. Relying on this vehicle for work transportation instead I get terminated from my job! THANKS ALOT BO

While we were traveling Rte 66, with a side trip to northern AZ, after a drive through Monument Valley, our truck started making a terrible noise. We limped the truck at 30 mph from Kayenta to Page late Wed. Night. Contacted several repair shops in Page early Thurs. Nobody had time until Tues because of the holiday...found Lake Powell Ford and was blessed to meet JR Johnson ...service advisor, he was able to diagnose the problem , rushed to order parts and arranged a ride to our hotel. Friday afternoon the parts arrived and JR was able to arrange the installation. We picked up the truck at 5ish on Friday ..before the Memorial Day weekend!! JR got us back on the road. Cannot praise JR and his team enough....great customer service ! Thank you Lake Powell Ford, Paul (Bear) and Bonnie Lutz
