Place isn’t that good.. went there to trade a very good truck still new.. the put the price below.. and wanted me to pay $1037 a month for a 4 cylinder Ford ranger.. and I had a 4x4 V8 truck
Great dealership....if you want to be insulted with a trade appraisal 7k less than every other dealership offers and if you want to be given a different price than another person for a vehicle I also recommend lake powell ford for this......sad to see as This dealership used to be so good and have a great reputation
I convinced my company that we should purchase our trucks from Lake Powell Ford. Due to a recommendation and they are closer. It was a headache from the beginning. The paperwork was fouled up. We ordered running boards and a Deck drawer system to be installed a week before to be installed. On the day of pick up “Oh someone didn’t order it. So it’s on order now and it will take weeks.” This is after I asked were are the running board and the Deck system we ordered are? They didn’t even know that it should have been installed and ordered and In the messed up paperwork that they went back and look through. They said “We will call you when it arrives. Two weeks later I get a call from a different department in my company telling me my parts are in. So I then called to make an appointment with them. On top of the phone calls I received about my parts from the wrong people the dealership calls me to set up an appointment to get my parts installed. This is after I gave my phone number to everyone at the dealership and had already made the appointment. Now they are telling me the install will take all day or that how vague they were on install time. I looked up and according to Ford installation hours it should take a two hr for running boards and two to three hr for the Deck System and that for one Tech. I have two tech and 2&1/2 later the parts are on the ground hmmmm. All around Bad experience all the way through. I love the truck though just not the dealership.
$35/day in storage charges until they can work on a Ford car, (and many mechanics in the area won't even work with this dealer for parts or anything) I put a customer grievance ticket into corporate Ford. Might as well pay for a tow to Flagstaff, Phoenix it'll be cheaper in the end! I talked to other Ford dealers and they were taken aback by these additional fees.
I would not recommend utlizing this ford dealer. They appear to not have or care about customer service. A vehicle was taken to them a couple of months ago with battery issues. Understand it is less than a year old and under full warrently. Thier resolution was to start the truck and let it run every three years as they said Ford has put substandard batteries in the vehicle. Really start it and let it run. Well the battery completly failed and they also said it had the wrong battery. They wanted us to tow the vehicle to them to change the battery. We will take the battery down and get the new one. Had they taken care of the original issue then it would not ever been a problem, but the manager has no customer service skills. Also if you take a bettery in make sure they test it twice.
Expensive...greedy. Someone slashed one of my mom's car tire. I tired to change it but the tool to take out the tire didn't fit the bolts. My mom called dealership and they basically told my mom she was a lair. Told her she has to pay for they to tow it to the dealership to fit the tire. The dude from the auto office said the bolts expanded in the heat. They said it is a regular problem these cars have....Then said we have to pay for new bolts ourselves. Im so upset because it doesn't seem they care about the safety of the customers. Im my is a ilder woman. What if she was out in the middle of no where! Something could happen to her. This place is a rip off!😡
